For this month, I don’t only want you to try these self-love journal prompts because they will be very helpful to you, but I also want you to try some things that will help you to show yourself love through actions.

That could include buying yourself flowers, going out to eat something special, or even taking very good care of yourself before bed or when you wake up. These are only a few examples, but you know yourself better than I do, so you know exactly what you can do to show love to yourself.

So, for this month, I strongly encourage you to do at least three activities for yourself that signify self-care and self-love.
